Noah Freedman

    Noah Freedman is an acclaimed jazz violinist who performs regularly in the Monterey Bay area. Selected as the 2007 Student Jazz Instrumentalist of the Year by The Monterey Jazz Festival, Noah has studied with jazz greats Bruce Forman, Regina Carter, and John Blake. He is currently continuing his jazz studies at Princeton University, where he is minoring in jazz performance.

    Frequently in demand for private events as well as public venues, Noah performs with his Jazz duo, trio, or quartet, (guitar, keyboards, bass, and drums). Freedman and his ensembles play a variety of jazz styles including straight-ahead, swing, bebop, and gypsy swing. Also an accomplished classical violinist, Noah is available as a soloist. Additionally, he can be heard sitting in regularly with a variety of area bands such as Cowbop and Hot Club Pacific.
